UIBE Canada alumni BBQ Party in Vancouver, Canada on August 24rd, 2013

To: UIBE alumni
UIBE Canada alumni Summer BBQ is the largest annual event for the alumni, family and friends to gather together in the year. UIBE alumni Canada Association will host this year’s annual summer BBQ. We cordially invite you and your family to attend this year’s BBQ event to mingle with. We encourage you to bring any potential projects to share at this annual gathering.
Time: August 24th, 2013
Place: Vancouver, Canada. ( The detailed address will be notified by July 30th, 2013)
Programs :
1. Speeches, lucky draw and the whole fresh roasted lamb.
2. Two-day tour in Vancouver for all the visitors following the BBQ.
3. Three-day free service for all the visitors, including the lodges and meals.
4. Pick you up and send back at the airport and arrange the local tours.

校友：

每年一度的夏季烧烤聚会是对外经济贸易大学加拿大校友会组织的年度最大的校友及其家人、朋友的聚会和社交活动。加拿大校友会将在今年8月24日在温哥华举办2013年度夏季烧烤大会。届时，将有来自北京校友总会、加拿大、美国、香港以及中国国内的校友代表参加。
加拿大校友会会长张晴诚邀您和您的家人参加今年的年度聚会。
欢迎携带相关合作项目信息与会分享，年度聚会上将有嘉宾演讲、幸运抽奖等活动，并备新鲜的烤全羊等美味与各位品尝。BBQ后，我们将另行为所有来访的校友安排两天的温哥华当地观光活动。
我们将为所有来访的校友提供活动期间三天的免费服务，包括食宿、安排入住温哥华当地校友家庭、机场接送以及当地观光。
请各相关校友会组织报名。报名截止时间：2013年7月20日
